Recipe Corner: Healthy and Simple Watermelon Popsicles

  • 1kg watermelon (fresh, about 4 slices needed)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Cut up watermelon, throw away the rind.
  2. Add watermelon, lime juice and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds.
  5. Freeze for 8+ hours or until frozen solid.
