- 1kg watermelon (fresh, about 4 slices needed)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Cut up watermelon, throw away the rind.
- Add watermelon, lime juice and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 8+ hours or until frozen solid.
