CIS Students, Teachers and Parents take up the Lockdown Challenge.

The Sports Department and Outdoor Activity Club had come up with an interesting and engaging ways to keep children, staff, and parents active and outside exercising during these unusual times.

Children, teachers, and parents throughout the School have been taking part in the ‘Fit Challenges 2021’. Each month brought a different activity, and they had to complete the challenge in four weeks.

So far our challenges have been:

January – Run 50/25 km

February – Run/Ride/Walk the equivalent distance to Neusiedl am See/Vienna/Budapest over 30 days

March/April –  Run/Ride/Walk the equivalent altitude of Snezka/Gerlach/Grossglockner/Everest over 30 days.

With set distances and altitude, the everyone had to meet different targets to get a prize. Our next Challenge will be starting on the 1 May. Will you join us?

If you are interested, you will need to download the Strava app to you phone and email Mr. Peter Hodossy: who will get you signed up.

See you out there.
