Eco-School (Zelená škola)

As an Eco-School, we actively promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and responsible global citizenship. Students are encouraged to take meaningful action to care for the world around them and to develop habits that support a more sustainable future. We hold international certification from Foundation for Environmental Education FEE via Zelená škola and Živica program, valid through August 2027.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award

We are an approved provider of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, offering students a globally recognised programme that develops leadership, resilience, teamwork, and independence through service, physical activity, skills development, and adventure.

Education Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS)

Our membership of ECIS connects us to a global network of international schools and educators. This partnership supports professional learning, wellbeing, safeguarding, and collaboration, helping us continually strengthen the quality of education we provide.

Cambridge Assessment International Education Accreditation

The curriculum at Cambridge International School, Bratislava is based upon the International curriculum from the Cambridge Assessment International Education, starting with Cambridge Primary and moving through to IGCSE, AS and A Level in the senior years. The integrated international programmes ensure a smooth transition through the years of schooling and provide the opportunity for students to succeed in a stimulating, externally validated and highly respected world-class educational programme.

Ultimately, the qualifications which can be obtained by our senior students can open the doors to universities all over the world. From the UK to Austria, Australia to the USA, Spain and here in Slovakia; Cambridge qualifications are universally recognised and welcomed.
