Maturita
The Maturita exam strengthens responsibility, self-confidence, and perseverance, as students learn to manage their time, handle stress, and work towards a goal.

Successfully passing the (Slovak) Maturita exam brings a sense of pride and self-fulfillment, opening doors to further studies at Slovak universities, professional growth, and new life opportunities. Therefore, the Maturita is not just a test of knowledge, but a positive step toward adulthood and independence, confirming a student's readiness to face future challenges. Maturita exams serve as an objective measure of a high school graduate's knowledge, skills, and general competencies. The organization of the exam is governed by Act No. 245/2008 Coll. on Upbringing and Education (the Education Act) and Decree No. 224/2022 Coll. on Secondary Schools.
