Afterschool Activity Programme

Our Afterschool Programme is thoughtfully designed to provide students with a balanced and enriching experience beyond the classroom. Through a structured weekly rotation, students explore a variety of disciplines, ensuring a dynamic mix of creativity, physical activity, intellectual challenge, and teamwork. Each day of the week is dedicated to a different activity theme. Over the course of the week, students rotate through five key areas:

  • Academic Extension
  • Creative Arts
  • Performing Arts
  • SportsSkills Development

This rotation model ensures that every student experiences all five areas, supporting well-rounded personal growth while allowing them to discover new interests and strengths. 

Our Afterschool Activity Programme run in two structured sessions each day:

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Teacher & Staff-Led Clubs

During the first session, our dedicated teachers and internal staff lead a variety of engaging clubs. These activities build on students’ learning, creativity, and collaboration in a familiar and supportive environment.

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Specialist-Led Clubs

The second session is primarily led by qualified external professionals who bring additional expertise, particularly in sports, performing arts, and specialized skills. These sessions allow students to further extend their talents and interests under expert guidance. 

In addition to structured clubs, we offer daily after-school provision called Družina, available from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This supervised programme provides a safe and supportive environment for students who are not attending a club on a given day. No prior sign-up is required, offering families flexible and reliable after-school care.

In Secondary Afterschool Programme clubs are organized into three key areas:

  • Academic Extension
  • Arts
  • Sports

Clubs run in two time blocks:

  • 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm 

Students may register for one or more clubs.
