Year 3C Class Teacher
Jack Coop graduated from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom with a degree in Sociology. After completing his degree, he worked as a teaching assistant at a local Primary School for one year where he developed a passion for teaching young children. He consequently enrolled onto a PGCE course at Edge Hill University and shortly graduated with a Level 7 Post Graduate Certificate in Education with English Specialism. The experiences gained from these practices demonstrated how children develop a love of learning through a stimulating, safe and purposeful working environment. For the last two years, he has taught in Year 2 at a school in Manchester which is praised for its SEN Practice and dyslexic friendly approach to learning. He believes that adopting visual, auditory and kinaesthetic teaching strategies ensures that all learning styles are catered for.
Mr Jack has a passion for sport, especially swimming and water polo in which he represented Lancaster University at the British University Championships. He also enjoys travelling and experiencing a range of different cultures.
