Jill Dart

Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Keele University, where she studied Geology and Music, before completing her PGCE at Canterbury Christ Church University. Her academic background combines scientific study with a strong foundation in the arts.

She has seventeen years of teaching experience, including eight years as a primary school teacher in the UK and nine years in well-established international schools in Thailand, China, and Qatar. Across these roles, she has developed extensive experience in primary education and working within diverse, multicultural settings. For three years, Jill worked as a specialist music teacher, teaching from Early Years through to secondary level. In addition to classroom teaching, she provided brass lessons and conducted school orchestras, supporting students in both performance and musical development.

Outside of her professional life, Jill maintains a strong interest in music and regularly plays the piano, alongside enjoying painting in her free time. She is a former keen runner and has completed several half marathons, including one along the Great Wall of China. Travel remains an important part of her life, highlighted by her trek to Mount Everest Base Camp.
