Susie graduated in Fashion Communication and Marketing at Nottingham Trent before moving on to do her Post Graduate Certificate of Education at The University of Leicester, specializing in drama.

After 4 years of teaching in an outstanding school in Brighton, Susie was assigned by Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills) to develop teaching and learning in a Requires Improvement school (also in Brighton), which went on to receive “Good with Outstanding features”. She remained at this school for an additional 4 years as Teaching and Learning Lead and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economics education) lead. After this, Susie moved to São Paulo, Brazil, where she worked as Key Stage 2 Coordinator and Social Impact Lead. She is excited to start her journey with CIS as a Year 3 class teacher.

Susie loves spending time in nature, music and cooking with her son.
