Béla Lovas
Teacher of Computer Science / Year 7 Class Teacher
Bela studied Mathematics, Physics, and IT at the University of Szeged, Hungary and he also holds qualified teacher status in Scotland.
He worked in the UK for 17 years, including 11 years teaching A-level Maths and IT at Palmer’s College in Grays.In 2013, he moved to Madrid, where he contributed to the development of St. George International School of Madrid and worked there for 12 years. Bela brings a wealth of experience in Computer Science, ICT and leadership to our school.
His hobbies include playing chess and football and he is a passionate coach in both. His philosophy is that IT is more than just a subject, it is a vital skill for life. Bela loves working in an international school and truly enjoys the multicultural environment in which different nationalities meet.
