Sofia Papadopoulou
Sofia Papadopoulou is a dedicated Mathematics teacher with international teaching experience across a range of educational systems. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Dundee, with a focus on developing mathematical thinking. These have provided her with a strong academic foundation and a clear pedagogical approach.
She is passionate about helping students build a deep conceptual understanding of mathematics while developing their confidence as independent learners. Having worked in diverse school environments, Sofia values structured, engaging lessons that support students of all abilities and encourage curiosity and critical thinking.
Outside of the classroom, Sofia enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures, spending time with books, and engaging in board games that challenge strategic thinking. She also has a creative side and enjoys building with LEGO, and most importantly, she values spending quality time with her family.
