Marina Dorocki

Teacher of Physics / Year 10 Class Teacher

Marina holds a PhD in Methodology of Teaching Sciences, Mathematics, and Informatics from the University of Novi Sad. She also holds a Master's degree in Teaching of physics. She has extensive experience in blended learning, instructional design, and science communication.

Since 2009, she has worked as a physics teacher and headteacher in primary and secondary schools and has also served as an Educational Consultant and Project Manager for UNICEF, where she led initiatives connecting STEM education with youth activism. Most recently, she contributed as an instructional designer in EdTech, creating engaging digital content and e-learning materials. Furthermore, she worked as a supervising teacher at a high school students camp at CERN in Geneva and participated in prestigious teacher training programs, including the CERN International Teacher Program and the LIGO IPA Educator Program in the USA. She is a passionate advocate for promoting physics education and the Živojin Mišić Foundation has awarded her the Best Educator in Serbia.

In her free time, Marina enjoys running, hiking, playing the guitar and piano, and exploring new approaches to science communication and creative learning.
